REL Building Services has helped to deliver a luxury apartment scheme in the heart of Pimlico, London.
A landmark development in London's SW1, Ebury Place encapsulates a luxurious, contemporary style that epitomises central London living. Situated a short walk from the iconic streets of Sloane Square, Chelsea and Belgravia, the new homes boast a central Zone 1 location in one of London's most coveted addresses.
Spanning 11 storeys, Ebury Place is owned by Taylor Wimpey Central London and comprises 47 new homes offering a mix of one, two and three bedrooms. REL was responsible for all electrical services at the development, which has been built to achieve the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4.
Designed to the highest specification, each apartment required the installation of underfloor heating, specialist low-energy lighting and top of the range appliances. The contract also included electrical services in a large lobby area featuring bespoke lighting.
The project follows REL’s delivery of the electrical works at the Sir Simon Milton Westminster University Technical College (UTC). Constructed by Bouygues UK, the building is situated adjacent to Ebury Place and opened last year providing a state-of-the-art learning environment for 550 pupils.
Toby Buckley, managing director of REL Building Services said: “This is a very impressive residential development located in a prime location, next to Victoria station. We’re pleased to have played a part in the construction and to see it complement the facilities now available at the neighbouring UTC.”
Kershaw Mechanical Services awarded REL the contract.
